Natalia Osorio Quintero Steps Into New Role as HISPA’s Chief Strategy and Operations Officer

HISPA is proud to announce the appointment of Natalia Osorio Quintero as its new Chief Strategy and Operations Officer. Formerly HISPA’s Marketing and Project Management Director, Osorio Quintero steps into this senior leadership role at a pivotal time for the organization. Her transition enables CEO Dr. Ivonne Díaz-Claisse to concentrate more deeply on long-term vision and strategic partnerships, strengthening and expanding HISPA’s growing national footprint.

During her tenure as Marketing and Project Management Director, Osorio Quintero led HISPA’s comprehensive marketing, communications, and project management initiatives across all programs and events. She worked closely with HISPA’s CEO and Operations Director to define HISPA’s program portfolio, establish KPIs and timelines, and develop both short- and long-term project roadmaps. Her leadership shaped HISPA’s marketing and branding strategies, web and product development, fundraising campaigns, and large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with HISPA’s mission. She also implemented standardized project management practices, optimized digital tools, and managed cross-functional teams to enhance organizational efficiency, impact, and visibility.

In her new role as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, Osorio Quintero oversees HISPA’s overall strategy, operations, and innovation initiatives, with a focus on scaling impact and achieving organizational goals. She structures and leads cross-functional teams—including Program Execution, Volunteer Management, Communications, Marketing, Curriculum, and Product Development—creating efficient processes, and ensuring all functions work cohesively to maximize program outcomes and community impact. She works closely with the CEO to translate HISPA’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and milestones, while overseeing program execution, project planning, and volunteer engagement to ensure excellence across all initiatives.

With more than 15 years of experience across Latin America and the United States in marketing, technology, and social impact, Osorio Quintero brings exceptional expertise in project management, digital transformation, and cross-cultural leadership. She holds a Blended Professional Certificate: Chief Digital Officer from MIT Professional Education, a certificate in International Organizations Management from the University of Geneva, and a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Her background enables HISPA to continue evolving into a more digitally empowered, data-informed, and operationally agile organization better positioned to serve diverse communities and expand its mission-driven programs.

“My vision for HISPA is to deliver structured, replicable, and efficient programs that share inspiring role model stories and foster student learning nationwide,” Osorio Quintero shared of her new role. “By aligning our teams, leveraging innovative strategies, and embracing digital tools and data-driven insights, we aim to maximize impact, strengthen community engagement, and empower the next generation of leaders to achieve their full potential.”

HISPA CEO Ivonne Díaz-Claisse champions the transition, noting that Osorio Quintero’s leadership helps HISPA prepare for continued national growth: “Natalia has already proven herself as an invaluable leader whose operational acumen, innovative insight, and commitment to equity strengthens every aspect of our work.”
