Hispanics Inspiring Students’ Performance and Achievement (HISPA), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing professional Hispanic role models for young students, last week awarded the TRANSFORM award to ETS in recognition of our wide-ranging support of the organization.
“This is a wonderful honor for ETS,” she says. “We work diligently to support educational opportunities for all students worldwide, and this award speaks volumes about our commitment to that effort.”
ETS earned the award by providing HISPA with office space on the Princeton campus, sponsoring the HISPA Role Model Program in Trenton and working to expand it on a national level, and encouraging ETSers to take active roles with HISPA.
Yvette Donado, Senior Vice President, People, Process and Communications and Chief Administrative Officer, serves on HISPA’s board of directors.
“Motivating students to excel, to stay in school and to plan for higher education are at the heart of HISPA’s mission,” Donado explains. “We are pleased to join them in their efforts. All students benefit greatly from the opportunity to meet with and learn from mentors in their communities.”
