RAYMOND A. QUIROGA

Ray Quiroga is a talented and seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in finance, business management & technology operations.  He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as strategic leadership, financial processes, technology and governance.

Ray currently serves as the Digital Chief Financial Officer of KPMG LLP, leading the complex financial activities of the firm’s Digital Business Transformation.  Working closely with the finance and technology teams, his responsibilities include overall management of the financials for KPMG’s Digital Transformation, including developing of all business and investment plans.  Ray will also be driving IT cost transparency across the firm.  Prior to his current role, Ray served as IT Chief Operating Officer, leading the Management & Operations group within KPMG Technology. In this role he worked closely with the Chief Information Officer and the technology leadership team to drive efficiency and performance in business operations, talent management, financials and portfolio management.

Previous to KPMG, Ray was an Executive Director at UBS, where he was responsible for the business management function the information technology group.  Ray was also the IT COO for the Americas region at Credit Suisse and also the IT CFO for the Investment Bank at Citigroup.

In addition to his executive career, Ray continues to act as a leader for many Inclusion and Diversity initiatives & networks both at the firm and across the IT industry by mentoring Hispanic IT professionals and serving as a sponsor for organizations such as Hispanics in Technology Executive Council (HITEC) and nPower.  He is a 2019 winner of the Top 100 Hispanics in Technology from HITEC.   Ray is a Board Member of Junior Achievement for Central New Jersey, a non-profit professional organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of technology business management.

Ray obtained his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Boston College – Carroll School of Management.   He has also attended the Columbia University Advanced Management program.

Ray is married to his wife Nicole of 22 years, is the father of two daughters, Emma (20) and Olivia (18).
